Very good point! It makes our short term interest rates look high and all the more reason Greenspan will have to lower them soon. Greenspan always errs on the side of too high interest rates. Anyone remember at the end of the Bush era how long he waited? Made Bush look bad and lost the presidency. I recall the talk that Bush was out of touch with the working class and all the while Greenspan touted how dangerous inflations was and eventually had to lower and lower and lower them all the way down to 5 % until his last few raises which leaves us at 5 3/4% too high.

This is why I also believe Intel should carry more debt and less cash, debt is more profitable in this environment!
