I think you have most likely done well. How could they (semi fabs)re-ramp for a new technology...pay for the new technology and of course realize a profit from that which is untested?

If a new technology is in the wings, it would by several reality checks..ie..(reward for present expenditures, for new applications to accomplish the goal and for confidence of the reliability of the new technology) be forced to wait for the future to take hold before they could improve on it. That is not to include the cost of the present technology and it's maintenance. After all...CYMER is there and the future is now...and the price was right....or someone is getting fired.

Then again...does CYMER have the new technology in the wings?

Just my jibberish...
