I seriously doubt that SANGS, just announced, patent approval will have any affect on their ability to gain a speedy approval for their cyclosporine product(s). NOVTSY will undoubtedly file a patent infringement suit prior to SANGS approval. Under law, the FDA, is then prohibited from approving the product for thirty months, regardless of the merits of the challenge.
