Some info of interest. This thread has been dead for a while, but there have been some interesting posts on AOL's MSHE thread, so thought I would just post them. From what I hear from the company, these acquisitions are still go tho I don't know details or exact timing.
Good investing.

Paul;

This was from the MSHE Web site. Gregerrrrr had made reference to a subsidiary of AGE. There was a sentence, that followed, he didn't post that would hopefully give us some insight has to a possible target date. Here it is again, inclusive of the last sentence:

>. AGE also holds a minority interest in Millennium RUSH, a company specializing in development and publishing of interactive software. With MSHE's strategic alliance with Intel (Intel purchased a warrant to acquire up to one million shares of MSHE stock) and its forthcoming merger with AGE, the face and scope of both companies will dramatically change.

Pending completion of due diligence, MSHE has arranged for the acquisition financing through a combination of institutional and private sources. The transaction is scheduled to close in June of this year. <<

This is where we are getting the T minus "X" days, the final days of June. Also, the end of June represents the end of the second quarter. The first of July is when MSHE took off last year.

Anything we have been posting on here is just our anticipation of possible favorable news. Many of us are wondering how this acquisition will be possible. Institutional and private sources, could mean anything. I would like to think MSHE is not only trying to acquire compatible companies, but the acquisitions might attract company alliances that could be greatly benefited by what MSHE has to offer, and the same vice versa. This is all IMHO.

Sis, i think you did a good jop of explaining Gregerrrrr,s reference to t- minus 11 days. Now lets see if they can meet this date for the transaction to be completed. ( End of June) When it does take place i"m hoping they will also release news of other revenues coming from things like > Jethro< More C.D. releases and especially continued involvement with Intel. I don"t think the Age deal by itself will be enough to get the stock
price to a level where they will qualify themselves for the Nasdaq. Getting into a position where Intel would purchase their warrants, i think would be a key factor in getting this stock moving upwards to meet all necessary nasdaq guidelines. But from what they have told us thus far, i don"t see that happening without more revenue sources. Will history repeat itself from last years jump to $2.50+ without dropping back to these lowly levels?
Lets hope Mshe,s witholding of info is part of a master plan - Not to be a hyped stock- leading to a good jump in price by solid steady growth in revenue through sales, and acquisitions. We shall soon see what kind of expertise we have at Mshe. D.C.
