Alan, you hit the nail on the head. These firms that finance these firms are there because they are smart players. They know how to ake money. I hold nothing against them. They are making money, and that is no different than what we do. They give small firms the means in which to succeed. But, the only problem is when the deal is done at prices that are not in the best interest of the shareholders. In this case, TPI waited until the end of their rope to finance themselves, which was a poor management decision. Now, they pay the price for it. If the company can start to bring in revenue (how about some earnings), the price will overcome the problems. I just wish the company would announce some revenue numbers while we wait for the next filing. That would certainly help things.
