david, I don't think disagreeing about the valuation of a security is a violation of SI terms of use. Can you tell us why you're so scared of anyone that does, or just may, disagree with you about TAVA?

Barb

Mr. Pink does not understand what you have a problem with.
Mr. Sosiak

He merely stated that the company is

1) overvalued at a $220MM market cap for a company that had only 11mm in revenues in the last quarter and loses money and burns cash.

2) Has limited prospects as it suffers from the Y2.001 problem (i.e. no revenues in year 2001 or yr 2000 for that matter)

3) Seems to be in desperate straights as evidenced by the financing with Tandem capital and joins an impressive dog kennel of other companies in that portfolio.

4) The Emerald Securities Analyst plans to or already has downgraded the stock,

So if you have a coherent reason to defend the high valuation for a company with a limited time horizon and high valuation, Mr. Pink would love to hear your reasons. But thus far you have merely incorrectly accused Mr. Pink of being some wire tapper. Evidently your research skills are poor in every respect.

Mr. Pink does not believe the stock is a zero or a scam, just extrememly overvalued and will accordingly cover around the 3 or 4 level.

If you can defend your position, fine, but crying to Jill is truly a sign of weakness and your own doubt in your position.

Good luck and remember His name is Mr. Pink. Address Him accordingly.
