One consolation is this - whenever a sector which is 1) highly , highly speculative and 2)
based mostly on a concept or dream (no profits necessary) , and the greater fool theory ,
and that sector divorces itself from the rest of the market and becomes a fad , you can be
certain that it signals a market top. History is full of such examples, and the rockets
always crash into the ground eventually.
