10-Q out today for the 3rd quarter. The link below is to "Free EDGAR". If it doesn't bring up VTEL, you may have to drop back a level or two and enter VTEL symbol or company name (same in this case) manually. Note that there is a mistake on the tables; the first two columns on the left of the revenues table should be labelled as "most recent 3 months" (not "most recent 9 months"). The last two columns are for the most recent 9 months. The good news is that company showed a profit of 4 cents for the most recent quarter, although operating revenues were basically unchanged from the same quarter a year ago. Operating expenses also about the same as last year and almost perfectly balance operating revenues. The small profit was accounted for in part by interest income. But, given the downturn in Asia over the last 6 months, and VTEL's dependence on Asian sales, I believe that these results are excellent. Particularly so in view of the market's growing string of poor earnings reports.
