Ha, ha!

Dan I suspect its a common event but not with respect to the shares we follow. :-)

Say why don't these "Insider" reports on Yahoo pop up all the time? Sometimes when I log in a stock symbol they give you this option and sometimes they don't. Are they testing it or still negotiating with the provider?

OK Mr. Meckenstock,

Now that I have single handedly raised your precious smartcard investment by 1/16th of a point, I think I am entitled to some information. :-)

What's all this about smartcard readers afixed to PC's? Is RCOM gonna make them or not? Sounds to me like they are leaving that market to Rohm/Fujitsu/Hitachi/NEC in favor of cornering the transportation, security and production line uses of RFID.

Seems like a pretty good strategy as the latter markets already exist whereas much remains to be done to create the former, IMHO. Perhaps more importantly, those markets would seem to be subject to a clearer path/need for upgrading as higher density LSI devices become available. End use of smartcard cards with PC's seems light-years away from resolution of standards issues.

And what's all this hype about security issues for contactless cards? Seems like a bunch of franchise protection flap by the crypto folks to me. Not unlike the "virus alert" flaps that the virus checker makers trot out periodically.

So what's up? Small minds and tiny investors want to know. :-)
