MIKE, Do the research. the patent is good for 5 years. Vivus dished out 5 million just to settle a dispute on it. We now have a 200 million market cap on a company that does hold a decent future. There is potential in new products (Alibra is the next step). Vivus is working on an incontinence drug. If it pans out there is probably more money to be made then on MUSE.
