My comment, which you took out of context, was with regard to the Max-Pain point. At 42.5 the open interest was set up for this Friday's expiration so that the option MMs (open interest writers) would be exposed to the minimum amount of potential loss. (The Max-Pain for the options buyers). However, the MAx-Pain effect is a second order effect, ie breaking news, earnings reports, upgrades/downgrades that cause momentum tend to swamp out the effect, and if nothing earth shattering occurs (and we may be in the middle of a shake right now) then the Max-Pain effect will tend to attract the stock price for SUNW to $42.5 for Friday. Sorry if you missed the point.
