Bill, I am still not sure about this being a BUY day. Arms index on the NYSE didn't prove that we had that much fearful selling....The Dow finished 90 points below the 100 day MA...that isn't good. The 200 day MA is at 8283.74. It may get to that. New lows expanded to 293 from 257 Friday and 207 on Thursday...yet no fearful selling. many stocks are getting pummeled with lower lows. I may be wrong, but we may be at the beginning of a overall bear market. But not totally convinced yet. All I'll say is "BE CAREFUL EVERYONE". Paulo

today as a buy? i dont know william. we broke multiple supports.. new lows. weak close. i think things will get worse, not better.
