Let's see if MU can beat earnings by two cents on Thursday. . .

I was wondering why NVLS was up so much today. Saw that earnings are tomorrow morning according to briefing.com, but I don't see anyone on the NVLS thread talking about it, nor any other reference to it.

Opinion of SVGI/AMAT merger from one whose opinion I value probably more than any other here at SI:

Andrew,

What is your opinion regarding the credibility of the rumors that AMAT will buy out the SVGL division of SVGI? AMAT really should enter the lithography biz IMO, cause its roughly 35% of all semi capex. The question that must be asked IMO again, is whether even AMAT can make the Micrascan a success through its huge distribution network.

TIA,

Brian
