I think institutional buyers agree. Keep in mind that tech fund managers have to spend the money they collected when they blew out of everything last week (and today and the rest of this week), and they have to do it before July 1st.

Right now, NVLS, ASND and CSCO look strong; someone is buying them. I believe that ASND has gigantic short interest as well, which could make a nice squeeze play at some point soon. (Anyone know the short interest?)

ORCL's numbers are out on the 17th after the market closes, I expect if they do well, the tech fund managers will scarf that stock up fast also.
