Ratan, It came in line with a number I pulled out of the air.<g> MUEI earned approximately $6 million and MU can therefore show $4 million or $.04 per share.... which is what I figured on. ...I am looking at -$.59 per share for MU not including an estimated loss on inventory that Lehman estimated at $35 million or -$.17 per share yielding -$.76 total loss per share. I will say this, that I did take the worse case situation and it is possible to be as low as -$.62 loss with the inventory rightoff. ...I think both numbers are on the positive side so if I am right there will be panic in the streets. I am staying out of the market until earnings.<vbg> DavidG
