Charlie, iVillage is a very popular specialty Women-oriented Web site which SEEK has recently acquired. Its another of SEEK's moves to capture eyeballs from the burgeoning online community segment/marketplace. Check out their link from SEEK's home page.
And Rene, all I can say is: I hope you covered your you-know-what these last few days.....don't step in front of a runaway train. Good luck to all shorters.....

An example is this "matter-of-fact" little snippet from Reuters:

"No one at Infoseek was immediately available to comment on the rumors, which framed Disney (DIS - news) or Time Warner Inc. (TWX - news) as potential suitors.

The takeover price was pegged in the low $40 range, according to market rumors.

A deal was seen as imminent, traders said, noting that most of the trading volume was in the June options, which expire at the end of the week."

Hmmmmmmm.......Go SEEK!
