Do you currently use online banking with bill-pay? If so how often do you use it? Also ask yourself, why do you use your e-mail daily? Is it because you might have mail?

I'm just looking for answers, I think you bring up a good point, I'm just trying to figure out what consumers will demand.

Benny & Lee,
I believe that CF provides an email notification that a bill is available for retrieval a set number of days after it's arrival. Email generally isn't considered robust enough for billers who want their bills to be unique, interesting, and in effect, a marketing information/communication piece.
