Re Bay/NT Conf. Call: For anyone interested, here is the conf. call number, per Bay IR: 1-800-642-1687(code #218960) Haven't listened to it yet myself; waiting to digest my supper! Seriously, I believe it will take a while for all this to sort out. It is still possible(ie. legal) for someone else to come in with a competing bid. However, given the beating NT took today because the market thinks they overpaid for Bay, I don't see anyone else wanting to step in and suffer a similar bloodbath unless/until Bay posts good enough numbers to warrant the stated premium. We should have the answer to that one in about a month. Paul
