I know I comparing apples to oranges, but signing up AT&T (as far as national coverage) is equal to signing up 50 billers (one in each state). I know this a bullish statement, and not reality as far as # of consumers, but the point is to sign billers that have the largest coverage. In other words, you would want to sign up National billers first, then regional, then in-state, and then local, in that order. It doesn't make sense to do it any other way, otherwise you won't get the most bang for the buck. Benny
