Benny,

Good point, I may not be a typical user with regard to E-Mail.

To your first point, no I do not use electronic banking with bill pay. I use a small, local bank, with whom I have an established relationship and who provides excellent customer service. They also have the best rates (last I looked) and no fees. The big banks turned me off with poor service. My bank has phone banking, but not yet web banking. I have not experienced an electronic banking site.

I do trade stocks on line, and would like to see that kind of transaction history with other accounts. I would like cyber cash to track my Web purchase activity. If I could download my financial activity to Quicken that would be nice too.

As for E-Mail, I do look daily because I may have mail. I check because I use my pc just about everyday.

E-Mail is nice, perhaps because I get no bills. <ggg>

Cheers,
Lee
