GREAT NEWS!!! now we have someone to produce the modems for us.

of course, you could also look at it as a negative for WSTL, our biggest partner working with someone who ostensibly competes with us, even though the area in which they compete is one that WSTL doesnt need to be in.

or you could look at it as an indication that WSTL is shopping around for chips because C6 sux, and TXN is scrambling for people to move it.
