>>Vivus sees Q1 loss, Q2-Q3 sales pressured

Something is rotten in Denmark. How can we have good sales, but no profit unless expenses have skyrocketed. Looks like all the shorts are right and we have been stupid to believe anything VVUS management says. They still aren't disclosing the truth. Now full regulatory approval won't be reached until May.

Yep I do smell a rat.. I do not mind if management says things that rings true, but it seems things seem to change here and there slightly which seems to affect the bottom line. I also dont belive in a company keeping quiet due to fear of share holder lawsuits, The only way that will happen is if the company blatently lies about things. Or management is really incompetant. We know the last to be true at least. I know a lot of companies selling shit, all packaged and with added favor and colone. They are making a mint.. Maybe management is also smoking something, IE they think things will improve so people will forget how little things before did not add up. Now we will see if the FDA approval will come by END of june, if it does not then we know there is a lot more to everything VVUS has said this year.

No two companies are alike and no two stocks are alike, But the behaviour of people are very similar and the way they act and say things can be interpolated a lot with the circumstances. I see clearely that the people who are running this thing are running on wishful thinking than using business savy.
