Who would sell on Friday when Monday is Merger Monday each week? It wasn't that long ago that nobody wanted to hold ASND over the weekend! Pat Hughes

Yeah, that's a tough call. JBL reports tomorrow, and I think ORCL's numbers will also be important. Lots of stocks that should be "strong" were really weak today. MUEI posted some bad numbers after the close, MU could get hit tomorrow (as if it already hasn't...) The retail sector has had a few earnings winners (VCD CASY and COST) and it didn't seem to help things much. Lots of 52 week lows on the techs today, and oil is unbelievably cheap. Amazon hit a new high today, and that company loses 20 cents on every book it sells! Go figure. I glanced at the commodities charts in the IBD yesterday and they are almost all crushed. I guess it all depends on when somebody decides that everything is cheap enough to buy, and I guess it's "not yet".
