Bob,

Why don't YOU get to the bottom of this and find out why management is not removed or why they do little to protect shareholder interests.

Every drug on the market levels off at a certain number.

MUSE leveled at about 14,000 to 15,000 IMS weekly script count.

Since we still have significant refills we know that the drug is helping a certain pool of ED patients and this is not an elaborate scam.

You tell me what us shareholders can do to change this companies lack of shareholder concern and to get their act together.

If you know the answer I will be first in line to take action!

>>Either this is a very elaborate scam, or management is not doing it's job... Now why is it they are still there??? That's a question I'd like to have an answer to.....<<

Cause the shorts want them there '.'. This is one of the easiest gravy train they have ever been on and they will do everything in their power to keep it there. The slow bleeding so us lil beings wont get scared and jump ship. I wonder how much percentage institutions still hold of this company. I would say very little of the 20 mil float. I bet most of its held by us suckers. What ever is held by institutions are doing a hedge and they could care little where the price goes as long as it goes either way so they can cash in the hedge.

I was all for this company till that fateful day of the AUA meeting. Any moron could have predicted what would have happened and you would think after all the crap for the last 2 years some peopel would get a clue. And dont forget the CNBC fiasco.. Why even bother!

This company going back to 15+ is a joke, even if scripts go upto 100k+ and they make $5/share! Cause there is always competition on the horizon and the shorts will make sure it never sticks its head back up.

Look at the pattern's of companies like this. Look at it without being emotionally attched to the stock price. Earnings and new product's dont matter at all. Unless its a takeover candidate and at this point thats the only thing that will ever get this stock above 10+. Cause you see the shorts know that VVUS by itself in the long run will shoot themselves in the foot even if they had enough money in the bank to survive 20 years let alone 2 more quarters. (yes I did say 10 here and 15 in the last paragraph since value investors will jump in with a P/E of < 5, but it wont last).
