There was a 30 day quiet period for Crowe and L3 .....I think now you should start hearing some press and plans...

The only announcement Jim mentioned was the contractor who will construct the network which I think everyone knows will be Kiewit. The program will be big. The other thing he said is that they will use many vendors. The system will be open and not dependent on any one supplier.
