I am just a lowly trader trying to make a buck off of a global meltdown
but globex isnt cooperating tonight
I am so cheap I have never paid a mover to move me so I have no first hand experience
(plus I dont trust movers)

contractual, agency, so on and so on
you have to stand firm
get independent estimates of the damage
and if it is worth the cost
pursue it legally IF you cant get them to pay up
