Baird...this sector is pretty grim but it is still safer than the overall market. Check this link out. He has been deadly accurate for the past year.https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=4873424 I hate to think what the next 5 or ten years might be like if he is right this next year...We've been getting a taste in hawaii and it has been a bummer with no end in sight. We are still up to our eyeballs in japanese owned real estate which will hit the market eventually when the yen reverses direction...just about the time we start to get back on our feet I expect.
