<While noting the company is in a quiet period, House said before the period began he had expressed confidence in Wall Street's expectations. >

Quite unbelievable that the qtr is not even finished and BAY is already in its quiet period. That's a pretty far-out excuse.

Congratulation to all those who have made money on BAY - it's finally a closure to a couple years of very interesting discussion on this thread that Beachbum and a few of us started (claim some credit while I still can !).

Wish everybody good luck in the near future. Now the National Anthem .......

A.W: NTL's earnings may be diluted by 10-15% till the Combo reduce SG&A expenses to get the earnings back on track. For those who intend holding there is little down side risk till the acquisition date.

However for those holding beyond it would depend on the amount NT has risen. If NT rises near high, its likely NT will drop after the acquisition is completed. If NT holds at current levels, the risk is that it may get a double punishment viz once now and again when the diluted earnings are released. If NT drops below these levels, risk of further punishment decreases.

Based on this, it is necessary to track NT's performance.

What is your assessment.?
