You are quoting from a newspaper article where the reporter notably failed to mention that Mr. A was found guilty of FRAUD AND DECEIT and ordered to pay the Plaintiff $48,250 in compensatory damages and another $200,000 in PUNITIVE DAMAGES. We don't know that A didn't actually appear. Only that he told the writer of the piece that he didn't... same as he told the world CCSI is a fraud; that its technology is nothing special; that there is only a limited market... And whether or not he showed up, the record reflects that THERE WAS A TRIAL before a jury, with testimony presented by both sides. And that a JUDGE heard and considered the testimony, including statements on behalf of the Defendants ADMITTING WILLFUL AND INTENTIONAL ACTS; and that there was CLEAR AND CONVINCING EVIDENCE the award was not excessive in light of the facts and circumstances presented to the jury. That Manuel P. Asensio is a despicable LIAR and DECEIVER should be patently clear by now to anyone who isn't part of his vicious, venal operation.
