I heard that the Wisconsin test was cancelled because you short sellers called up the university and threatened to file a law suit if they stated any positive news on this engine to anybody and the stock increased in value. Of course universities do not promote these type of business ventures if it may tarnish the universities name. The only reason that the engine was invited to Wisconsin was that Caterpillar set the demo up. When you tell your stories tell the whole story please
In for the long
And I would bet you own some of this stock personally too

AURIC: I see two elements trying to manipulate the price of the stock. You and the other short sellers probably have an interest in seeing the stock fall in value while David Travis and any other market makers have an interest in seeing the stock gain in value. All the above is fine, each of you is just doing things that will protect the interest you have. If I were David Travis and could protect my interest plus make a bunch of money defeating someone who was on the other side of the fence, my business interests would dictate that I do just that. If one plays the short game, it appears to me that he is running this exact risk. You win some, lose some, and some get rained out.

As to the demonstration at the Army TACOM office. I was not at that demo and don't know anyone that was except for the company people. As to what the reporters stayed around for, I don't have the faintest idea, but, I have a feeling you weren't there either. Rather than trying to read something in or out of a press release I have tried to talk about things I have seen or things that have been witnessed by friends of mine who are not associated with the company. I shall continue to do that.

I saw in a post to Greg that you asked about why the engine was not tested on a conventional dyno. If you have ever seen a conventional dyno you can imagine how much trouble people would have trying to move the engine and dyno around for demonstration purposes. This is not to get in the middle of your argument with Greg, but I did see this dyno and questioned Steve Manthey at length about it. It is essentially of the water brake design, even though I believe in their application oil is used instead of water. As I mentioned in an earlier post, the details got way over my level of understanding.

I have seen some differing comments on the emerging companies program. That's a case of someone investing money to promote their product and I do the same thing every day in my business, that is, I advertise. Any new company provides the investor with a great risk and sometimes a potential great reward. One has to take that into account when deciding to invest or not.
