Ron, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for that bunch of know-nothings --who probably think that "environment" refers to the place you put a 50,000 head hog confinement operation--to get around to doing anything useful for GRNO. I expect their first South Carolina grant to go to DHEC as a reward for having lowered state water quality standards in order to maximize the profits of pollutant-producing businesses. --Norm
