So you're saying that if, for example OPCO upgraded XLNX at 8:30am, Jags would have it, but it might not hit Dow Jones Broadtape until several hours later?

Just noticed yet another "no" comission outfit at lowfees.com 1000 shares minimum, long only, market orders only, >$5, etc.

Would it be legal for a firm to pay customers for using their services, (for reeealy bad executions no doubt) ?
