Tom,

Thanks for your reply. The power outages in Maryland have been pretty bad too. I certainly don't think you were dead wrong. In fact, as the oil situation plays out and OPEC meets again, production cuts will be forced. IMHO, Oil will go back up and the cut back in production will cause future shortages. Of course, I value your opinions lots more than my own so I really appreciate your reply.

I bought into YPF and GRL just recently and we'll see how that works out.
