Whoa freeus, "Flashnet" Was ist das? Ok man, if you were to take your home PC and attach to your network at your place of employment you would have a workstation. Further your PC would be a "client" of the workgroup/Network. Also all the machines at work that are attached to each other are considered Local Area Network (LAN) and most likley using "NetBEUI" prn{net buoy}. You however, will be atttaching via a Wide Area Network (WAN) via TCP/IP as a client. Now heres the juicy part: What is the LAN at work, Netware, Artisoft, Unix, Linux, Workgroups, Win95, NT or Apple Talk? What service are they using, Client for Netware, Client for Microsoft, etc.? What Protocol are they using on the LAN, NetBEUI, IPX, or TCP/IP You will be using TCP/IP since you'll be on a WAN Before you can get all this figured out, you'll need to check with your Systems Administrator so that they can "Grant you "Acount Level Access" and the above information. If you lucky your Network will allow Win95 as a client and be really lucky if your system is 95 or NT. If you are so inclined to be this lucky then you can use your Win 95 "Dialup Adapter". If you get this done you will be an at home "Workstation"! Good Luck Zeem - Sys Admin

Workstations.. Oh your just a sweetie and you know it..What about this horrible pullback<gg> I will need a blood transfusion after today...When I worry that the market is going down then it goes up I 'm like...how did that happen..Well I got worried today when I saw my paper loss..That means that it will go up tomorrow because I think its going down again..<gg>. I think we will hold above 8300 on the dow..If we break that then its offf to hell in a sea of red.. I should have put some damn money in bonds..I guess the thrill of owning tech stocks has cloud my thinking.. How are you doing? I hope today didn't scare you into selling ..Those chumps love to steal our money.I am hell bent to figure this all out.I may have to fly up and see MR Cat "Paul L." for a lesson on how to just sit still..I did good today..Friday I was baddddddd and Ouch ouch ouch..I hope old gc's charts are right..
