Hi Kumar, I don't know that this will work, but give this a try as a temporary fix:

Run the "Quotes Plus Setup" program; under the "data directory" tab, change the buffer location to point to x:\qpr2cd (where x is your cd drive letter), then put the data cd in your drive, then try pulling up the same chart.

Hope that works for you (until the problem is fixed anyway).

I have also noticed that some funds (including Fidelity Selects) do not chart data prior to 4/1/98. Are you still noticing this problem? Earlier on 6/10/98 I had contacted QP technical support and talked to Janine regarding this problem

I'm aware of this problem with the Fidelity selects, but we just haven't had any time to look into it yet. I should know more by tomorrow.

Gary

Hi Kumar,

Yes, I'm still having the same problem. Called tech support yesterday about that and got the same response. Tried reloading the Diskbuff....no difference. Do you have different prices for the high, low, close and open (with the low appearing to be the end of day NAV)? That's another problem....
