Insiders usually know more. You can pretty well guess that Cymer management smelled a whiff of down-turn in the wind and decided to raise a bankroll in case it turned out like it has. It kind of makes you wonder why you should want to buy a part of Goldman Sachs when they go public. If they thought they'd get a better price next year I'm sure they'd wait. This market down-draft is a lot more routine after the big shock last Fall. Maybe this is it, or maybe it will climax in another down 650 day on the Dow or similar. But in any case the Sale is for a Limited Time Only!
