As you know initial numbers were put together by a USGS reserve engineer. Whether the reserves were under estimated by 15% or 40% is inconsequential since the stock was valued based on the USGS estimated reserves (which according to your source is no more than 25% off - hey, thanks for that validation of the reserves). The Stagg study (when complete) will put this to bed.

Nothing more needs to be added IMO.
