I may be dead wrong...but...the support in Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan looks positive for tomorrow. The Russell 2000 and S&P smallcap index are below their moving averages and there are certain sectors- REITS, some small techs, retailers, small financials- where I can find healthy businesses below book value. The divergence is HUGE. So I'd expect to see some mutual-fund buyers come into the smallcap sector soon to support the index. If we learned anything from last fall it is that big money does not want a derivatives collapse.
