Ken, I had no problem downloading tonight using qp2. I clicked on go and it downloaded.

I can't get an update tonight. Following the manual on page 10, it says to select Quotes Plus 2.0 then Internet Downloader then click Go.

Have you ever downloaded with the internet downloader?

Start the QP Setup program, click on the internet download tab. Is the server address www.qp2.com - it should be, this address now works fine.

Is internet Explorer installed - what version.
