Kirk, Asia got dunked again last night. Russian market losing 5 - 10% at a crack. I heard that Japanese banks are allowed to keep a certain % of their reserves IN STOCK. What happens when stocks they own fall in value below what is required for reserves? Looks like Japan might slip below 14000 in the not too distant future. --Al
