I suspect it doesn't matter if the suitor has leaps...the new leaps would be equivalent to the old PAIR leaps...so, as long as the price of the suitor's stock goes up(= to PAIR going up, because PAIR was taken over by the suitor), then the new leaps will also go up...hope that didn't confuse you...

Come on this company has 200+ million in Cash alone

If you go by 3 to 5 times cash flow this company would have to be bought at around 30 to 40 dollars a share.
