Well, if it is any consolation I am sure that there would not be a single person in my group that would have nay problems with someone taking their own samples if they wish. I will agree that a SH or potential SH should be able to do that with any company as I have been invited to do just that before. Maxam is a prime example of that but of course we already established that it wasn't a COC type thing.

Personally I don't understand why you insist on knocking the dirt companies when you have never tested the dirt. Sure it sounds like a scam to you but you don't know whether it is or not until you test the dirt. I'll be honest with you and say that I believe that you are one of the sharks but until you collect your own samples and test it yourself then you will never know the truth. I still have that sample from last year from Maxam with all the nice pretty gold mica flakes in it. No I am not a con man because when you are good you don't have to be. In every business deal there can be a winner on every side of the deal. It is when one gets greedy or jealous that trouble sets in. You will see Az become a mining power house just like Nevada did. Just keep in mind where the lowest cost mining is done and it ain't South Africa.
