I find it interesting that Mr. Pink arrives on this thread with the simple query about a loan secured by all of the corporate assets and that loan seems to be akin to the sub-prime market found around trailer parks. Nobody on this thread seems concerned about the loan because TAVA is working on they Y2K problem and is secure for another 18 1/2 months. What kind of earnings do you all project for Y2K+2? At sometime, the market has to discount the Y2K industry on future earnings unless these companies have the foresight to develop another business strategy, which would put them in a different industry group. It is a bit premature to market a Y3K solution, so at some point in the not too distant future, this whole group is going to have to transform or die. The first casualty just might be a company like TAVA, who has risked all of their assets on one loan just to stay afloat for a while longer. Meanwhile, the overall market is very testy right now, which raises more concerns.

Mr. Pink claims to be a successful hedge fund manager and I have no reason to doubt his word. His track record on "Mr. Pink's Picks" is pretty good, although it is not a perfect record. On the surface, it looks like He is onto another overvalued stock with a euphoric investor following, primed for a collapse. Is there anyone on this thread who has a reasonable defense on this loan issue or are you all going to sit back an take pot shots at Mr. Pink and then blame him if the stock tanks.
