Where did you get such an interpretation?

Steve merely said that the geologists would not underestimate reserves by that much (which MTEI claimed in their questionable release). As he noted, he doesn't believe Mountain Energy's claims.

As he said they are generally within25 percent of the actual reserves, meaning they could both under- and overestimate them.

I don't think Mr. Deaver is claiming he has seen the report... he merely noted (recent post) that there is a lot of coal mining in West Virginia. I already knew that.

It also sounded to me (if you are citing Eric as the expert here) that Stagg is not done with their survey.

So why do people cite them as a source?

It's not a "supposed" e-mail conversation. I gave you the web page link, in case you were not paying attention. Feel free to write them yourself.

Oh, but that might take some effort.

Aw c'mon skreiger, give the little $hit a break. After all he's doing a good job of getting us to be better than we would if he weren't here.

We could sort of make him a coach, or maybe a mascot or something. He's trying real hard, but it seems that we just have him outgunned.

I have to admit though he's solidifying our opinions, at least mine, in favour of being shareholders in MTEI.

(oh $hit, now I've gone and told you I'm really from one of the worlds favourite places, Chichester.)

***Excellent post! 1352--please read it.

This tag team these bashers have going is amazing. I agree with Streiger--it seems that all the post by LE did was confirm the veracity of the press release. He as much as admitted that WV geological survey believes that that the US survey should be at least within 25% of accurate. Gee, that means we could only add 25% to the current book value--oh, and the next 8,000 acres.
