Patrick .. Re bonds getting smacked..

The yen jumped up big time tonight. Looks to me like the BOJ may be up to its old tricks.

What I tried to point out before is the almost tick by tick inverse relationship between the bond and the yen these days.

The bond should drop pretty good in the AM.

I think that the Fed added liquidity again today .. but with the yen going up like it did I think that any liquidity being added will be going over to Japan.

I also think that the US government asking who the large owners of bonds are was in preperation for additional BOJ action to finance the support of the yen.

Almost swore off posting because of my call for a +175 DJIA day .. then I remembered your call last Friday and felt that I may not be in that bad of company .. :o)

Globex says up at the start .. we'll see from there. I get the feel for a continuation of today.
