The numbers issued on the Company's press releases are correct. We are
contacting Yahoo.

Also, we consistently do everything possible to expose EduSoft to the
investment community including mailings, contacting investment influentials by
phone and fax, and meetings.

I agree, the opportunity, is greatly undervalued.
