Mr. Borglund has not responded to my questions yet. The observations I posted were as a result of our telephone conversation only. I received his OK to post the results of our conversation and his answers to my questions, since I consider any personal conversation confidential unless permission is given for the release of information to others. My confidence has not changed in the company. However in fairness, one has to separate the CEO from the Company, when he has controlled the company for such a short while. If in fact he has had or does have the problems he outlined to me, many as a result of previous management, than the current problems and lack of information to investors is understandable I was impressed with Mr. Borglunds candid answers, and his enthusiasm for the upcoming things that he predicts are going to happen with the company. In addition I was particularly impressed by his willingness to discuss issues that he knew I had critically commented on (he admitted that several people had called the office very disturbed, but that he had not personally read the posts)without the hostility and insults that occured on the SI thread. We discussed many of the issues that I had raised in my many questions and he gave me very believable answers. He was calm, and discussed the issues like the professional he most likely is. He understood why I asked the questions that I did, and assured me that answers would be given shortly. With all of that said however, one has to realize that to properly evaluate a company for long term investment prospects, outside information is necessary. That is lacking but may be available soon. Until that time I could not invest in the company but on the otherhand could not make a reason for selling either.
