Well I also make more than 5 trades easily in that period and thus they are giving out the free $50, but it is clearly a marketing ploy to get infrequent traders to trade more often. Nothing wrong with that; the only problem is they need to target their audience better, and could do with some marketing automation software to aid this process :) Dell-icious P.S. Has anyone else noticed that their customer service has suddenly improved? The past 3-4 times that I have called them, I have not had to wait at all on the phone. (Although the reps have had to frequently put me on hold later to get the answers, but still, better than before)
