Remember there are no rules and if you get on the wrong side you get crushed. I am sorry about your margin call(s). The loses hurt most when the stock price later changes in your favor. Timing is everything in this game. You are right that the same guys who ran this up to 40 ran it down to 6. Now if you believe the shorters such as brad or mike who think we are going to zero that is your right. I CAN defend the product. I CAN'T defend Vivus management since they still have a MAJOR communication problem between themselves and their shareholders. and I CAN'T defend the way this stocks trades because I am not the one holding all the marbles in this game. ONE BIG BIG BIG lesson for you Alien is to AVOID NASDAQ stocks. You will find yourself playing on a much more level playing field if you stick with the NYSE. It is very difficult for the SEC to fairly police the crap that goes on in the NASDAQ and this is why it has the reputation it has.
