No he isn't looking for a scapegoat. He openly admits to all of the issues they had during the product transition. But let's face it. Most tech companies have more than 2.5-3% business in SEA. Wouldn't you agree at least to that much?

Abby is a perpetual bull. I agree with some of her views but I'm afraid she is underestimating this problem.

There was something on the wires today about Japanese PCs flooding the market. I vaguely saw the one liner and didn't have the time to read. I can't find it on Yahoo.

I expect that DELL will turn in a very good growth rate in ASIA. If they do are you willing to abandon your position or are you going to continue your chicken little thesis?

Seagate screwed up that is the bulk of their story.

You did not respond to the fact that Japanese have already tried to muscle into the US market via Fujitsu, Toshiba and NEC Packard Bell with dubious results. Address this issue.
